About YBFA
Young Ballers Football Aspirations (YBFA) was created with a simple mission:
To provide high-quality football coaching and mentoring for young players in the local community.
Our founder and Head Coach is part of the academy team at Chelsea FC, following nearly four years at West Ham United Academy, where he worked as a registered English Premier League scout. This experience helps us support players at every level, whether they’re just starting out or preparing for trials.

Our Sessions
​
All YBFA sessions are open to boys and girls.
​
Friday ‘Open Sessions’ (Ages 4–14)
​
Our Friday sessions run every week at Drapers Field, Leyton High Road, E15 2BP, from 5pm to 7pm.
​
These are mixed-ability sessions for ages 4 to 14, focused on fun, development, and building confidence in a supportive environment.

Small Group Sessions

Tuesdays: Ages 6 to 14
-
Sundays: Ages 4 to 14
These smaller group sessions offer more focused technical development, allowing coaches to spend extra time on individual improvement.

1-to-1 Coaching
Private one-to-one sessions are available throughout the week.
Duration: 1 hour
Location and times: Arranged after booking.

Player Development
At YBFA, we support players at every stage of their journey. Players who attend regularly will get the most out of the programme, as we continuously track their development.
​
When appropriate, we guide players towards trial opportunities and help them prepare for the next level.
